No. The dancing we teach is based on partner dancing. We encourage the swapping of dance partners during the lessons.
You need shoes that will allow you move easily along the dance floor and do not grip, e.g. we would not recommend trainers or any shoes with rubber soles. No stilettos are allowed.
You do not need to purchase any specific clothing prior to attending our dance classes. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing. We also recommend you bring your own refreshments, e.g. water. Dancing can be thirsty work!
